Fradulant refund mails

Recently various emails are being received by various persons, which are pretended to be send by Indian or US Tax Authority for grant of refund of excess tax paid. Clarifications has been by both of these tax authorities, that they do not send such emails. Hence due care need to be exercise before devulging any personal & sensitive information pursuant to receipt of such mails.
